Talking Stain from Superbowl Commercial Mp3 Free Loop and Audio Download from Free-Loops.com

"Tide talking stain" / Superbowl commercial vocals...

What's the license or audio source? Is this actually free/public domain?
If so, can you substantiate this?

The license type is

"Creative Commons Audio: No" meaning it is not a member of creative commons, public domain or other.

This file should be used for personal use only. Im very sorry about that.
