I'm attempting to create a YouTube video. However, I have a problem. When it's uploaded, I always has to continually buffer. I'm sure this is probably due to either file size or some other issue. Can someone give me a suggestion as to what I should start with? I'm using Movie Maker. The original video is 30 FPS, does this factor in, or does Movie Maker downgrade the fps. Give me some advice please. Thanks guys.

I'd consider using or getting Aurora Media Workshop i love it and its cheap to $34
I would convert it into a smaller file type or file before uploading it. Youtube tries to crunch the video, but if you are getting nothing but buffer and you can see the other vids just perfect then its you.
